1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to kbtfindia.com (“Website”) and all orders made through it. When you’re a retail store, boutique owner, or designer, these guidelines are applicable to your interactions with KBTF on the internet.

2. Account Registration & Buyer Obligations

• Registered users must supply accurate business, contact, and shipping information.
• It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account login credentials. Inform us of any misuse immediately.
• You affirm that you have the authority to take orders on behalf of your company.

3. Placing Orders & Acceptance

• Orders can be made via the website or by contacting KBTF directly.
• Each order is subject to availability. Acceptance can only be confirmed by KBTF.
• KBTF retains the option to refuse or modify the order in case of pricing mistakes and inventory shortages, as well as modifications to specifications.

4. Minimum Order & Pricing

• A minimum value for wholesale orders could be required. Information will be provided at the time of placing an order.
• Prices shown include GST unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.
• Quotes are valid for seven days, until they are updated.

5. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment options include UPI and bank transfer, and payment gateways with authorization.
• For private label or custom requests, KBTF may require full or partial prepayment.
• Paying late could result in the interest rate or the suspension of orders being suspended.

6. Manufacturing, Customization & Quality

• KBTF is a specialist in high-end non-stitched fabrics that are made according to customer specifications.
• All items undergo quality inspections to ensure colorfastness, embroidery standards, and integrity of the fabric.
• If the items delivered are not in accordance with your specifications for the order, you are able to submit a claim in writing within 48 hours after receipt. The claim must be supported by photographic evidence.

7. Delivery & Title

• The delivery process is handled by reliable third-party shipping companies. KBTF is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers beyond our control.
• Delivery costs are extra unless waived in the course of promotions.
• The title to the item transfers to you after the item is the goods are shipped by our storage facility.

8. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after confirmation. The items that are custom or embroidered cannot be cancelled.
• Refund or replacement requests must be received within 48 hours of the date of delivery and include photos of the defect or deficiencies.
• If the error is confirmed, KBTF will arrange replacement or issue credit/refunds according to our own discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the sole rightful property of KBTF.
• You cannot reproduce or modify, redistribute, or use them unless you have prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You should not:

• Upload any harmful or illegal information on the website.
• Try to gain access without authorization or interrupt our systems
• Impersonate KBTF or make false claims about the affiliation of our brand.

11. Third-Party Sites

Links to other websites can be found on our Website. KBTF is not accountable for its policies, content, or privacy policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The liability of KBTF is limited to the amount of the disputed product(s).
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect loss, such as delayed or lost profits.

13. Indemnification

The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KBTF from any claims that arise from using the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the products.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are subject to the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by mediate in Delhi NCR or, should mediation fail, the courts of Delhi.

15. Modifications to Terms

KBTF may revise the Terms at any time. The new Terms are effective after posting. Your continued use of this website implies acceptance of the new conditions.
